By filling out this form you can be informed for upcoming events and be eligible for the end of the program prize.
Please fill out a separate form for each person participating including adults.
You should receive a conformation email after signing up. Make sure you get one for each person.

If you are signing up a child/t(w)een: 
Your child can come in weekly with their summer reading log, and get raffle tickets for a chance to win a prize at the end of the summer. As well as a sticker to decorate their envelope or a jibbit for their crocs!   If you can not make it in any given week, you can email or text us at dflprogramming@comcast.net
